Together we work to solve our customers' problems by reducing the waste of time, money and materials which end up in landfills.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesIn the Field DailyOn the jobsite for 4+ customers per dayOn-site Work Orders, customer service, and follow-upsWorking for a variety of customers in different industries including Property Management, Hotels, Movers, Builders, etc.Customer Service and CommunicationDisplay world-class customer service for tenants and property management staffTrack work progress and notes in our CRM/Dispatch toolCommunicate with support team with questionsFollow Repair ProcessUnderstand and utilize our unique 5-step repair processEmploy each tool in your custom tool-kitProblem-solve repairs with creativityWe are looking for someone who has experience in making or repairing furniture. You will use your background in carpentry or fine woodworking. Having a good understanding of the different finishes such as lacquer, varnishes, oils and blends is very helpful when assessing how to repair a damaged piece of furniture.Preferred QualificationsExperience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobbyExperience working in facilities maintenance can be a big plus, but is not requiredAn ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do.
